JUTYE SANITARY
Explore our engineering-grade heavy-duty hardware line. Built for absolute durability and precise flow calibration.
Strategically situated in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province—adjacent to the major global shipping corridors of the Ningbo-Zhoushan Port—NINGBO JUTYE SANITARY TECH CO., LTD operates as a leading engineering-centric manufacturer and global exporter of high-precision fluid-handling components. We design, prototype, and manufacture premium sanitary accessories, including heavy-duty brass fittings, advanced floor drains, multi-layered sink drains, stainless steel shower caddies, and architectural angle stop valves.
Our operation serves commercial development teams, industrial distribution networks, and international plumbing brands. We combine low-tolerance machining with strict metallurgical testing to produce angle valves that handle variable pressures, prevent mineral scaling, and meet global health regulations.
Optimized production systems, strict quality assurance, and end-to-end global supply chain services.
We manage all manufacturing steps in-house—from hot-forging raw brass billet to precision CNC thread turning, automated polishing, multi-layer electroplating, and pressure testing.
Our quality management checks every stage of production. Raw materials undergo optical emission spectrometry, and all finished valves must pass pneumatic pressure testing at 0.8 to 1.6 MPa.
Located near the Port of Ningbo, we offer fast transport connections, simple customs clearances, and lower shipping fees for high-volume distributors worldwide.
At NINGBO JUTYE SANITARY TECH CO., LTD, we run automated, closed-loop production systems designed for low-tolerance manufacturing. Our facilities feature multi-axis machining units, robotic polishing cells, and automated assembly stations. These technologies allow us to supply uniform production batches that prevent installation errors and eliminate field failures.
Using advanced automation lets us control production costs, reduce waste, and pass these savings directly to our clients. Our regional logistics network handles high-volume orders with predictable lead times, ensuring steady product supply even during global logistics challenges.
We work with international designers and engineers to create customized valve profiles, custom threads (NPT, BSP, G), and special internal seals (EPDM, PTFE, Viton) to match local construction codes.
Engineered hardware and sanitary accessories manufactured to international standards.

We work with corrosion-resistant materials. Our options include H59-1 brass, CW617N brass, DZR (Dezincification Resistant) alloys, lead-free variants for drinking water, SUS304 stainless steel, and POM polymers.
Our factory provides physical vapor deposition (PVD) coating, multi-layer chrome electroplating, matte powder-coating, and brushed textures to match current architectural designs.
We offer complete custom branding, including laser-engraved logos, custom labels, retail packaging design, and modifications to dimensions and thread styles.
Safe water codes (such as NSF/ANSI 372 in North America and European drinking water standards) restrict lead content in plumbing components. As an experienced exporter, Jutye produces compliant low-lead and lead-free brass angle valves. These components use bismuth or silicon as lead replacements to ensure clean drinking water without sacrificing structural strength.
Additionally, our high-precision machining helps avoid internal roughness. Smooth internal walls reduce friction, prevent biofilm growth, and minimize mineral scaling over years of continuous use.
How we integrate smart building technologies, sustainable materials, and modern engineering design.
Modern plumbing systems increasingly require IoT sensors. Our engineering team is currently prototyping angle stop valves with integrated micro-sensors. These components monitor pressure drops, detect micro-leaks, and link with building management software (BMS) to help prevent water damage in commercial properties.
We are reducing our environmental footprint by using recycled alloys, refining our foundry filtration systems, and transitioning to eco-friendly plating processes. These updates help global buyers meet green building certification requirements (such as LEED and BREEAM).
Our regular attendance at trade shows and our certified quality assurance processes demonstrate our commitment to global industry standards.

A technical review of valves for commercial and industrial projects.
In high-pressure municipal water systems and commercial settings, angle stop valves act as the primary defense against localized flooding. Selecting the wrong valve core or seal type can lead to premature failure, water hammer issues, or corrosion.
Multi-turn stop valves rely on a rubber compression washer that presses down against a metal seat. While these models are cost-effective, their rubber washers degrade over time, especially in hot-water lines. In contrast, quarter-turn stop valves feature a polished brass or ceramic ball seated within Teflon (PTFE) rings. This configuration operates smoothly, resists mineral buildup, and provides a quick, reliable shut-off.
In regions with hard water, dissolved calcium and magnesium accumulate inside valve bodies, locking the internal parts. Our high-polishing processes and smooth internal channels help prevent scale deposition. Choosing ceramic cartridge mechanisms rather than traditional rubber seals also prevents internal wear in high-mineral areas.
Over-tightening connection nuts during installation can cause stress cracks in inferior brass bodies. Jutye maintains high-tensile brass wall thicknesses that exceed standard requirements, ensuring durability even under uneven installation loads.
